One of the most prestigious dance companies in the world, Ballet Nacional de Cuba is renowned for its unparalleled technique, taking classical Western ballets and invigorating
them with the vivid passion at the heart of Cuba.

 

On this first UK tour, the Company will perform Magia de la Danza (Tue 27 – Thu 29 April – 7.30pm). This is a mixed bill which brings together extracts from seven of the Company’s most famous ballet classics including The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Coppelia and Swan Lake. Featuring a full live orchestra, Royal Ballet Sinfonia, plus special guest appearances from CARLOS ACOSTA on 27 and 28 April only.



Giselle. (Fri 30 Apr. – 7.30pm – Sat 1 May – 2.30pm & 7.30pm) Blending Coralli and Perrot’s original interpretations, Giselle is Artistic Director Alicia Alonso’s most popular full length ballet.
